They have a strong position within their market, they know what they need to drive improvements to accommodate the growth and that’s where you come in.

  • Major focus on quality, customer service and account management
  • Heading up a medium-sized Workshop for Manufacturing and Supply Chain
  • Drive a change in behaviours and ultimately the culture for the site
  • Develop accountabilities with the team

Reporting into the MD this is an opportunity to drive real change through involvement and presence and act as a point of delivery to the customers.  

You’ll need to have a Manufacturing background and thrive on fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

You’ll be a real people, person and be able to showcase how you have led and developed teams.
