Multi Skilled Builder
£12.32 P/H - £23,709 PA
Working hours Monday to Thursday – 8am-4pm, Fridays – 7.30am-3pm
Your main duties will include:
- Conducting repairs on commercial and private properties
- Manual handling
- Plastering
- Concreting
- Tiling
- Drainage work
- Labouring
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Must be reliable and hardworking.
- Good work ethics
- Uses knowledge to solve basic problems, makes routine decisions
- Takes responsibility for quality of own work
- Meets customer expectations in service and product quality
- Is co-operative, demonstrating understanding of team work/interdependency
- Demonstrates attention to detail
- Has a sense of urgency
- Health & Safety conscious at all times
- Basic literacy & numeracy
- No experience necessary, but preferred
- Must have a full clean driving license
