Salary - £30,000 DOE

Contract- Permanent (Full Time) 40 Hours

Hours- Monday- Friday 0800-1700

Location- Oakham, Rutland

The Role

Directly reporting to the marketing manager, you will cover key functions within the marketing team. With a focus on digital marketing and social media, content management, lead generation, data management and reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-        Creating and maintaining a sale and marketing content calendar for campaigns, events etc.

-        Managing our brand social media channels with content as required, including monitoring any comments made on those channels.

-        Co-ordinating brand content for the sales and marketing team to post into their own social media communities.

-        Building and sending email marketing campaigns in HubSpot

-        Measuring, tracking, and reporting on all digital marketing campaigns monthly (email, websites, and social media)

-        Qualifying suspects and prospects as part of our sales process includes monitoring website visits, screening, and handing over leads to the sales team.

-        Keeping product images and information up to date in our digital media library and on our websites

-        Cleansing and updating customer marketing data in line with GDPR

You will be marked on 3 Key performance indicators. Content creation, sales lead generation and the timely completion of projects. To achieve this, it will be essential to identify relevant content opportunities and quality sales leads, all whilst managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Experience

This is an ideal opportunity for an established marketing professional with a drive for success. Communication and a high level of organisation is essential alongside at least 2 years of demonstratable marketing experience. Skills

-        Computer/IT Literate

-        Articulate Communicator

-        Time management and prioritisation of workload

-        CRM experience ideally HubSpot and Salesforce

-        Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

-        SEO knowledge is desirable but not essential.
