We are looking for a Maintenance Operative to join our team, working on farm machinery and site equipment. This is a hands-on role involving mechanical maintenance, fitting work, and servicing conveyors and belt systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with maintenance and repair of farm machinery
- Working on conveyors and belt systems
- Carrying out mechanical fitting and general maintenance tasks
- Supporting breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
Requirements
- Mechanical background or relevant hands-on experience
- Basic understanding of maintenance and fitting work
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
- Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional weekends
