Maintenance Engineer
Location: Outskirts of Grantham
Hours: Monday-Friday Days (No Nights or Weekends)
Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Benefits
This is a great opportunity for an electrically biased or multi-skilled engineer who enjoys a mix of reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance, continuous improvement, and project work. The site is well-invested and offers the chance to get involved in equipment upgrades and new installations, rather than spending all day firefighting breakdowns.
Key Responsibilities
- Fault finding and breakdown repairs
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Continuous improvement activities
- Root cause analysis (RCA)
- Supporting equipment installations and engineering projects
- Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety
What We're Looking For
- Ideally an apprentice trained Electrical or Multi-Skilled Engineer preferred
- Manufacturing or production environment experience
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Proactive approach and ability to work on own initiative
