Our client in Retford is currently looking for an Engineer for the minimum of 3 months.
Experience is essential and preferably within a food environment. The hours are 6am-2pm Monday to Friday.
Your duties will involve:
- Delivering the maintenance plan and having good engineering standards
- Ensure the Permit to Work (PTW) system is controlled in an effective manner
- Effective planned maintenance inspections as per plan, reviewing frequencies and parts used
- Completing stores requisitions for parts and contract services
- Monitor factory conditions and report defects
- Responsible for exercising professional technical judgements to repair equipment whilst maintaining a duty of care
