Are you an experienced Inventory clerk looking for a new opportunity? Or perhaps you have Residential Letting experience and are now looking for a change of role? If so, look no further.
As an Inventory Clerk you will be responsible for preparing detailed inventory reports, just prior to the commencement of any new tenancy, visiting the property periodically throughout to ensure that it is being well maintained, updating landlords, checking tenants out upon expiry of their tenancy and liaising with landlords and tenants to negotiate the amount to return of the initial deposit paid.
In return you will be receive a Full-time annual basic salary of £19-£20,000p/a. Realistic OTE circa £24-£25,000p/a, depending on relevant experience and suitability.
The successful candidate will work 5 full days a week between 8.30am and 5.30pm.
