Your new employer is offering you full product training, a real chance to grow, develop and progress into a successful Internal Sales Executive.

If you are in an outbound sales position and want to take a step up in your career, to managing existing accounts, this is the perfect role. All training and support will be provided in house with dedicated trainers and mentors, development opportunities to progress will arise down the line.

After 2 years in your new job, you will be an Internal Sale Executive with a full portfolio of products and services at your disposable.

You will work closely with a team of 4, reporting directly into the general manager you will be responsible for receiving incoming calls from new and existing customers and advising them on products.

This is an internal sales position, but you will not be afraid to pick up the phone, make outbound calls and speak to customers. With a proactive approach to your work load you will thrive from working in a sales office, with the ability to be able to retain information and a natural flair for building relationship and upselling products and services.

Key responsibilities

  • Be responsible for a group of key existing customer, ensuring that all their requirements/needs are being met, upselling, and developing over time.
  • Share updated product lists/specifications with customers, ensuring they are aware of all the product range available to them.
  • Liaise with internal departments to process orders.
  • Plan activity with your accounts using CRM packages to record changes and information, managing data

A general interest or basic knowledge of tech and IT would be preferred, and this would be an ideal role for a candidate that wants to learn a trade.
