HR Officer

As the HR Officer, you will join this business based in Grantham as a full time permanent employee and initially support the HR Manager with various caseloads.

As the HR Generalist, you will have the ability to adapt and apply your skills and knowledge across the 4 different teams that you will support.

HR, Recruitment, Projects (payroll & systems) and Learning and Development.

It’s the perfect time to join this business as they have just hired a learning and development officer and an internal recruiter so you will be part of the new team dynamic.

You will be empowered to take responsibility for your workload and see cases through to completion whilst also having support from the HR Manager and HR Administrator.

You will be part of the 2 weekly face-to-face team meetings and also have the flexibility to work from home or in the office.

Monday – Friday

08:30 – 17:00.
