Our client, a reputable and growing business based in Grantham, is currently seeking an Industrial Cleaner to join their team on an immediate basis.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness within a busy industrial environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring work areas, machinery, and equipment are kept clean, safe, and operational.
The below shifts are available:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
or
Monday to Friday with every 4th Saturday: 6:00am-2:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out industrial cleaning duties across the site, including work areas and equipment
- Cleaning and maintaining machinery, tools, and production areas to a high standard
- Removing waste, debris, and residue in line with company procedures
- Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Reporting any hazards, damages, or maintenance issues to supervisors
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Person Specification:
- Previous industrial or commercial cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a demanding environment
- Reliable, punctual, and available for an immediate start
