Full time hours - Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, variable between 8:30am - 6pm (this role includes working 1 in 4 Saturdays)
Must be able to drive due to the location
The role:
- Taking inbound calls and resolving queries in order to maximise customer retention
- Handling complaints, fact finding and resolving as quickly and effectively as possible, escalating to the relevant team when needed
- Data entry up dating the customer details when they call in
- Working to deadlines
