A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Manager to join an expanding and award winning business within Newark.
As a HR Manager your main responsibility will be to support and provide guidance for growth and upcoming/new business changes. Whether you have previously worked within hygiene, food or manufacturing, your experience is needed within this company.
This role is Monday - Friday, with a salary range of £35,000 - £45,000(FTE). This position can be worked across 3 full days or 5 shorter days.
Your daily duties will be as follows:
- Manage all HR responsibilities across the business
- Collaboratively work with the management team with the creation and updating of policies/procedures
- Manage the entire Recruitment and Onboarding process
- Ensure all employee details are up to date and changed if appropriate
- Maintain all legal documents in line with legislation
Experiences:
- CIPD qualified
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Work to deadlines and maintain work to a high standard
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
