We are recruiting a HR Support Lead to work within a busy Distribution Centre closely supporting the logistics and HR team on projects. This is a temporary role, with an immediate start and due to last approximately 3 months. Working 39 hours per week, you must be flexible and available to work days, evenings and weekends, if required.

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Supporting the implementation of projects
  • Engaging and supporting relevant stakeholders through the project
  • Coordinating and leading relevant meetings
  • Supporting the HR Administrator
  • Providing advice and support to stakeholders
  • Working cross functionally with different teams
  • Managing feedback during projects

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a HR managerial position with CIPD
  • Or a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a HR managerial position without CIPD
  • Sound understanding of HR and proven management skills
  • Project management experience desirable
  • Experience within a logistics or supply chain environment
  • Ability to build strong relations with diverse range of stakeholders
  • Ability to engage, influence and coach a range of different business leaders and stakeholders
  • Experience and ability to lead through change
