We are recruiting a HR Support Lead to work within a busy Distribution Centre closely supporting the logistics and HR team on projects. This is a temporary role, with an immediate start and due to last approximately 3 months. Working 39 hours per week, you must be flexible and available to work days, evenings and weekends, if required.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Supporting the implementation of projects
- Engaging and supporting relevant stakeholders through the project
- Coordinating and leading relevant meetings
- Supporting the HR Administrator
- Providing advice and support to stakeholders
- Working cross functionally with different teams
- Managing feedback during projects
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a HR managerial position with CIPD
- Or a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a HR managerial position without CIPD
- Sound understanding of HR and proven management skills
- Project management experience desirable
- Experience within a logistics or supply chain environment
- Ability to build strong relations with diverse range of stakeholders
- Ability to engage, influence and coach a range of different business leaders and stakeholders
- Experience and ability to lead through change
