To support the HR team through implementation of the SAP project. As well as in all administration tasks for the department and facilitate recruitment and Occupational Health processes.
Cover for the HR Coordinator & potentially payroll
Key Responsibilities:
- All aspects of filing to be completed, electronically and paper
- Review and sort the archived folders adhering to GDPR
- Cleanse all HR data and sources gap information from employees for SAP
- Support the team with all administrative duties for SAP & office
- Filing, scanning and folder management of personal files
- Manage the notice boards around site
- Produce material for internal screens – Wellbeing, MH etc
- Manage the HR inbox and alert the HR Team to emails
- Manage the probation spreadsheet, ready for SAP
Recruitment:
- Writing adverts for approval
- Uploading adverts online & sending out internally
- Manage the recruitment log, keep it up to date at all times
- Field ALL CV for the manager in line with the job description
- Schedule interviews for manager
- Communicate with candidates in a professional manner
- IT onboarding request
Occupational Health processing:
- Arrange annual health checks
- Alert the HR team to any concerns
- Maintain Occupational Health spreadsheet
- Send Management Referrals
- Arrange appointments for Management Referral
- Liaise with managers on annual health check appointments
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in an HR environment (essential)
- GDPR Knowledge & strict confidentiality (essential)
- Good Administration skills (essential)
- Good attention to detail & organisational skills (essential)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office user (essential)
- Mitrefinch &/or Success Factor (SAP) user (desirable)
- Hight level of customer service & excellent telephone manner
