HR Advisor

Does your next HR career move involve working with a nationally recognised and growing business? Do you share the belief that employees are a company’s best asset?

Not only will the successful candidate be able to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into the day-to-day HR activities, but they will also be the HR lead for a new Organisational Development function. You will be someone who has experience of providing excellent customer service to stakeholders on all employee relations matters and has a person-centred approach to managing HR activity. You will have experience of either facilitating training, coordination of an OD function or a willingness to develop in this area would be benefit you.

DUTIES

  • Providing guidance on HR policies and processes to Line Managers and employees
  • Providing guidance and support across a range of HR activities including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, change management and employee engagement.
  • Delivery of HR induction for new starters
  • Ensuring all elements of HR administration are carried out - e.g. starters, leavers, referencing, right to work checks etc.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to date information on the HR system.
  • Responsibility for various ad-hoc HR and Administrative tasks.
  • Play a key role in ensuring GDPR compliance and awareness across the business.
