Not only will the successful candidate be able to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into the day-to-day HR activities, but they will also be the HR lead for a new Organisational Development function. You will be someone who has experience of providing excellent customer service to stakeholders on all employee relations matters and has a person-centred approach to managing HR activity. You will have experience of either facilitating training, coordination of an OD function or a willingness to develop in this area would be benefit you.
DUTIES
- Providing guidance on HR policies and processes to Line Managers and employees
- Providing guidance and support across a range of HR activities including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, change management and employee engagement.
- Delivery of HR induction for new starters
- Ensuring all elements of HR administration are carried out - e.g. starters, leavers, referencing, right to work checks etc.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to date information on the HR system.
- Responsibility for various ad-hoc HR and Administrative tasks.
- Play a key role in ensuring GDPR compliance and awareness across the business.
