We are recruiting a Senior HR Administrator to work for a large distribution centre, supporting the project teams and working cross functionally with the wider HR group.
- Providing admin support to the project teams
- Assisting in all people aspects of the projects
- Managing HR records, ensuring these are up to date and accurate and completing all duties in an effective and timely manner
- Working alongside the wider HR team and the logistics team
- Controlling all aspects of administration in relation to plans, projects and other related activities
- Maintaining outlook, schedules and arrange meetings with relevant personnel
- Producing action plans for projects
- Feed back to project teams to update on reports
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Relevant HR project experience
- CIPD qualified is desirable or higher level business administration related qualification
- Excellent computer skills including PowerPoint, word, outlook, excel
- Proven project administration skills
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Confident, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders
- Experience of HR in a logistics environment is desirable
- High attention to detail
This is a three-month temporary contract and you must be available to start work immediately.
