Housing Team Leader - Grantham - 30 hours
Temporary, 12 weeks
Our client based in Grantham is looking for an experienced Housing Team Leader to join their team on a temporary basis for 12 weeks.
You will be responsible for management of the Housing Team, responding to tenant requests and arranging services and visits where necessary, as well as monitoring team performance and motivating the team to provide the best service possible to their tenants.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working within a similar role where various parties are involved and being able to liaise with all parties efficiently
- Have previous project management experience
- Have knowledge of Health and Safety as well as Environmental Hazards
- Have Excellent Customer Service
- Be resilient and able to manage an ever changing busy, workload.
