Imagine working for an established insurance intermediary based in Derby city centre where you will a part of a great sales team, working in a fast paced and vibrant office.
You will be expected to contact potential customers to offer them market leading home insurance by telephone on a daily basis to generate leads and appointments.
You will be expected to call clients coming up for insurance renewals and build rapport with your clients with an engaging personality and have a creative and enthusiastic approach to sales. As well as cold calling you will take inbound calls from customers looking to review their current cover by completing an in-depth fact finds to identify the client’s demands and needs and then recommend the most appropriate product.
In return you will be offered a £17,500 per annum salary with OTE of £25,000 in year 1 rising to OTE £28k+ in year 2, uncapped commission and an end of year bonus scheme in addition to the OTE. As well as this you will have the opportunity to gain industry qualifications leading to career progression. There’s early finishes for exceeding targets and opportunities to win extra holiday days and performance based incentives such as race days, experience days and all expenses paid holidays!
This is a full-time permanent opportunity, working Monday-Thursday 12pm-8pm, Friday 11am-7pm., 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and free on site car parking.
