You will be heading up a new team of support and customer service professionals, dedicated to our client’s international market. You will ensure that the whole customer experience is a smooth one and that a supportive and strategic approach to account management is adopted.


As part of your role, you will be responsible for leading a team, where you will be a figurehead for them in terms of coaching, support and voicing their needs at a senior level. You should be a participative manager who has a strong technical background within electronics to be able to competently support and take on escalations where necessary.

You should be a customer-centric individual who can provide high-level account management, forecasting and analysis to present at board level as well as a sound understanding of the test and measurement industry.
