We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking General Operatives on behalf of our client based in Grantham for a temporary ongoing assignment starting 11th May, expected to last approximately 3–4 months.
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team environment and gain hands-on experience within a busy retail setting.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- 45-minute unpaid lunch break
- Occasional Saturdays may be required, so flexibility is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the safe movement and repositioning of fixtures within a shopping centre during refurbishment works
- Supporting floor installation teams by ensuring work areas are clear and organised
- Providing general assistance both in-store and externally as required
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and tidy environment, including light outdoor duties such as upkeep of surrounding areas

- Good reliability and timekeeping
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Flexibility to support weekend work when needed
