We're looking for a reliable Production Operative to join a busy food manufacturing team, supporting the production process and ensuring products are packed safely, accurately, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix raw materials in line with production recipes.
• Operate packaging machinery and pack finished products.
• Follow production plans and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and health & safety.
• Support factory clean-downs and housekeeping.
• Assist with other production duties as required.

Essential

• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Able to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Desirable

• Previous experience in a production or food manufacturing environment.
