We are recruiting for general operatives to work for a food factory on the outskirts of Grantham. Free transport is available from various locations in Grantham.
As a General Factory Operative, you will be inspecting the products to guarantee first rate product quality, ensuring the products are packaged effectively to reach their customers in prime condition and to maintain Good Manufacturing Practices at all times to keep their people and products safe.
Based at the Grantham plant, you will be responsible for packing products into boxes, product inspection, unblocking of machines and general housekeeping tasks.
Previous Experience
You will have a keen eye for continuous improvement and will constantly strive to find areas of improvement to bring about positive change to the site and the team who operate within it.
You will have experience of working in a team, have excellent physical dexterity, the ability to follow standard work methods and a keen eye for detail.

Hours
The shift pattern for this role is an 8 week rotation and includes 12 hour shifts covering days, nights and weekends.
