We are looking for an experienced energetic Administrator to join our client in Colchester who provide legal assistance to financial institutions. Working within a busy, fast pace environment, the purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact to all enquiries and cases.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls to identify the service required and field out to the relevant team
  • Respond to client enquiries over the phone, email and letter correspondence in a professional tone and manner
  • Validating policies on the system
  • Maintain accurate data on the claims management system
  • Manage all incoming/outgoing post
  • Provide administration support to the team and other adhoc duties

Required experience

  • Previous administration experience in a professional services business or partnership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident with all Microsoft programs
  • Keen to development a career within a professional services environment
  • Must have own transport due to office location being remote
