We are looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join a local Financial Services company
The main purpose of the job will be to work closely with the Financial Advisors and assist other members of the Administration team. The main responsibilities will be:
- Answering telephones
- Scanning, filing and distributing post
- Arranging advisor appointments
- Data entry and quality management on XPlan – our CRM System
- Obtaining valuations and file preparation for client meetings, including collation of fund information, obtaining illustrations, and updating client data.
- Updating XPlan following client meetings.
- Checking paperwork and processing new business applications.
- Liaising with advisers, product providers, clients and professional connections, electronically, verbally and in written form.
- Building and maintaining a detailed knowledge and understanding of our internal systems and processes
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Successful candidate will have a positive, energetic, can-do attitude a willingness to learn with attention to detail and work well as part of a team.
