Our client is looking to employ a Data Entry Clerk to join their busy office in Colchester.
- Processing of customer orders from our different selling platforms.
- Entering orders onto our bespoke database system.
- Booking collection of the order with the relevant courier services.
- Liaising with customers to update them with delivery details.
- Answering any customer queries via email, telephone or direct messages from our websites.
- Assisting our sales team with any queries or orders that they receive directly from customers.
- Assisting the warehouse with any queries relating to the packing of the orders being processed.
- General administrative duties to maintain the running of the office, e.g. ordering stationary etc.
You must have a flexible approach and able to carry out additional duties as and when required.
Contract: 12-month FTC - With option of a permanent role
