Do you carry the skills to work in a fast-paced office whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy within your workload?

Due to the company progressing, the team is needing a few extra pair of hands to join the business. It is an expectation within this jobs that you will deliver a 'first class service to all customers and clients. You must ensure that the service you provide is second to none and that you deal with any issues/complaints in a proficient and timely manner. This position would be perfect for an individual who is confident, with the ability to work alongside colleagues within the team to support customers and the wider business. 

Examples of your day-to-day duties are as follows:

  • Efficiently respond to both internal and external enquiries from customers and clients
  • Review and action any new orders that are placed via the CRM system
  • Update and renegotiate current contracts in place
  • Successful retention of contracts with support from the Operational team
  • Request missing data from contracts and customer details 
  • General admin duties in order to maintain an effective 'contracts team' within the business. 

The ideal skills that you will carry to be the perfect person:

  • Manage your own workload for the team to achieve customer KPIs
  • An organised and methodical approach to your workload
  • Work to deadlines 
  • Motivation and desire to learn and progress within this role and company
  • Knowledge of the MS Office, especially excel
  • Previous experience working with contracts and CRM software’s would be desirable and advantageous but not essential

This role is paying up to £21,000 (dependant on experience). 

You will be working Monday - Friday, full time - general office hours.
