Data Analyst (Investigatory)

Salary-£23,195 PA
Full Time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract- 12-week Temporary (to be reviewed)

Location - Huntingdon. Training will be conducted in Peterborough.
 
Role:

As part of a structured team, you will be responsible for investigating accounts that make up part of a void and debt recovery process. You must ensure that accurate data is held as this will aid the process of collecting revenue from the correct parties. Alongside this, you will be required to remain compliant with company procedures and standards, as well as all regulatory standards.  

The role will require the investigation and analysis of data through the use of varied technologies to trace customers and update SAP related systems.

Within this exciting role you will use appropriate and ethical tools to trace both customers and the contact methods that will ensure contact is made. You will aim to continually improve and streamline working methods through taking a lean approach to these tasks.

You’ll complete data entry and make decisions on appropriate action to take on accounts based on evidence found.
