- Customer Interaction: Answer and return calls promptly, using internal software to meticulously track and manage all details.
- Email and Ticket Management: Handle email inboxes and support tickets efficiently, providing timely solutions and maintaining high standards of service.
- Data Entry: Perform large volume data entry with precision and attention to detail.
- CRM Maintenance: Keep detailed records updated in the CRM system.
- Communication: Effectively liaise with third-party providers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Your Profile:
- Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach with a keen eye for detail.
- System Savvy: Ability to adapt to bespoke systems (training provided).
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience is a plus but not essential.
- Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Language Skills: Strong command of English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a bonus).
- Positive Attitude: Excellent communication and organizational skills with a can-do mindset.
Working Hours:
- Shift Patterns: 8:00 – 4:00 or 9:00 – 5:00, Monday to Friday, with flexible options available.
- Flexibility: Part-time hours available and occasional weekend & bank holiday cover.
