Based in Worksop, as the new customer service administrator you will be advanced in using the SAP system to support the business needs. You will be entering customer orders, arranging and amending delivery dates and managing customers’ accounts.
You will need to have a professional telephone manner, be competent with using excel spreadsheets and deliver excellent customer service.
Working alongside the team in the office, organisation and time management will be key to your role to ensure prompt completion of your work.
