Part time Customer Service Representative
*Monday to Friday 9 Am to 3 Pm - 30 Hours a week*
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience to be considered
Salary: £16700 per annum.
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the success of our company. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships. The CSR will interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and to provide an excellent shopping experience. They will build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure that customer's needs are met.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts in our large database including entering customer information into our system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Work with the sales team to ensure that each customer is satisfied with the shopping experience.
- Strive for excellence and maintain high standards for customer service and sales.
- Work with other departments to ensure that the shopping experience is consistent across all channels.
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards.
- Maintain an attractive and appealing environment for customers.
- Work as a team with other departments to ensure the shopping experience is consistent across all channels.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Focused on achieving results through effective communication with clients.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
