Your duties will include:
• Taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, regarding any faults with their white goods, and engaging with our third party to arrange an engineer’s visit
• Registering new customers and maintaining Peace of Mind database
• Understanding and deliver customer enquiries, requests, and expectations
• Communication would be via emails & telephone
• Arrange repairs with the customer, keeping them up to date
• Manage difficult and sensitive calls with empathy, tact, and diplomacy
• To answer all calls in a professional and polite manner
• Keep accurate records of discussions and correspondence with all customers
