Do you have excellent communication skills and looking for a new step within your career?

If you have experience in Customer Service and want to utilize your skillset, this role could be right for you. This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging and logging collections.
  • Investigating and resolving missed collections.
  • Dealing with customer and supplier queries, ensuring all interactions are logged correctly.
  • Ensuring customers and suppliers are kept up to date at all times regarding queries.
  • Conducting courtesy calls to customers to ensure deliveries and collections have been carried out.

You must be a confident and reliable individual with the ability to use a computer independently. You should also be well organised, proactive and ensure that you deliver outstanding customer service.
