Your main responsibilities will include:
- Arranging and logging collections.
- Investigating and resolving missed collections.
- Dealing with customer and supplier queries, ensuring all interactions are logged correctly.
- Ensuring customers and suppliers are kept up to date at all times regarding queries.
- Conducting courtesy calls to customers to ensure deliveries and collections have been carried out.
You must be a confident and reliable individual with the ability to use a computer independently. You should also be well organised, proactive and ensure that you deliver outstanding customer service.
