Dutch Speaking Customer Agent

£9.00 Per Hour

Like the sound of flexible working hours or want to pick the days you work?

We are looking for a temporary Dutch Speaking Customer Agent for our client based in Oakham. The ideal candidate will be fluent speaking Dutch and computer literate.

You will support a small, friendly office team with outbound calls, made to companies based in the Netherlands to gather the required information for the sales staff.  

Key Duties

  • Calling customers/clients information provided
  • Check details provided match the system
  • Pass information to sales to follow up on
  • Using computer software and systems e.g. Outlook, Excel and Salesforce.

 Experience

  • Previously experience in a Dutch speaking role is desired but not essential
  • Must be confident in using Microsoft software and ideally Salesforce (training can be provided)

Induction and basic training is provided.
