This role is perfect for someone who has previous office-based customer service experience, or perhaps a recent graduate looking to secure a career opportunity that offers progression within the business. 

This position is based in Newark, full-time with your days of work being Monday - Friday (office hours). The role comes with free parking, 25 days of holiday (plus BH), free onsite parking along with the opportunity to work within an award-winning team. 

As a customer and sales administrator, your day-to-day duties will consist of: 

  • Acting as the first point of contact for suppliers and customers through answering and then directing inbound calls - a confident and professional telephone manner is essential. 
  • Maintaining accurate data on systems when processing sales orders 
  • The ability to act as an extra level of support for the sales team with general admin tasks
  • Communicating effectively with departments in the business to ensure a customer/supplier’s experience is seamless
  • Working well within your team so deadlines are met with

The perfect candidate will have/be: 

  • High attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and driven 
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel (data entry and extraction)
  • The ability to work well within a team and independently
  • Skills to work in a fact paced and busy environment
