Reporting to the Customer Services & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience for both external & internal customers in a robust and fast-paced environment.

Duties include:

  • Understanding and deliver customer enquiries, requests, and expectations         
  • Communication via emails, telephone, and face to face                                              
  • Generating quotes, Purchase & Sales Orders                                                                                         
  • Organise & manage bookings                                                                                              
  • Work collaboratively with all departments and sites                                                                    
  • Collect and capture accurate information to populate management information systems
  • Data Entry on online portals
  • Registering new customers and maintaining Peace of Mind database
  • Provide administrative assistance on Regenerist system
