We are looking for Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Worksop. This is a full time permanent position where you will work on a 3 week rotational shift pattern with hours ranging from 8am till 8:15pm. You will also be required to work 1 in 3 weekends, but with 2 days off in the week.
The pay is £9.40 per hour, 37 hours a week.
You will be working as a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll become an expert at handling telephone enquiries, making sure through a ‘first time fix’ approach that all customers have their enquiries answered.
Taking huge pride in what you do you’ll provide exceptional levels of customer service via phone, email and social media. You will resolve problems and queries relating to orders in a timely and professional manner. A high level of attention to detail will be key as you’ll maintain an accurate internal database, logging all information correctly to ensure we remain GDPR compliant.
What we need from a successful Customer Service Advisor:
- Experienced in customer service would be advantageous but not essential
- Proficient in using Microsoft programmes
- Strong communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Confident using new systems
For the first 4-5 weeks you will undertake an intense training which will be Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, and thereafter you will work a rotational 3 week rota. Flexible working is offered and you will be given the opportunity to either work from the office or at home.
