We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on a 4-month fixed term basis from September-December 2021.
Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader, as a Customer Services Advisor, you’ll be passionate about ensuring that the customers receive a high level of service at all times.
Your aim will be to ‘read’ them and anticipate their needs, with a focus on resolving any issues efficiently whilst providing a friendly and supportive service.
You’ll be responsible for handling incoming telephone calls, order processing, setting up contracts, managing general inquiries and any other business associated with the customers.
No two days will be the same, and as a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be empowered to support, advise and offer peace of mind to solve issues effectively.
