Are you a natural at delivering excellent customer service, handling multiple enquiries at one time and genuinely caring about your customer relationships? You will ideally have worked in an office environment or call centre previously and can hit the ground running once familiar with the internal computer system.
Strong communication skills are key for this role, but you must be equally sound in your administration and data management abilities. You should have a working knowledge of the Microsoft suite including Outlook, Word and Excel but you won't be asked to be an advanced user.
This is a temporary customer service position which could potentially go permanent for the right person.
