Customer Service Advisor

Working for a business celebrating its 30th year this year, you will be in safe hands in forging a long and stable career. 

Due to demand and expansion of the team, my client is looking for a well-rounded customer service advisor who is confident on the phone and could hit the ground running, though full training will be provided also. 

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide general customer service and support to 'members', general public, and external agencies, by all forms of communications including calls, email and chat. Handling of consumer complaints against installers and you will be reporting directly into the Customer Services Manager. 

You will be frontline customer support for other departments, forwarding calls and emails to the applicable business area, including overflow calls during busy periods.

You will have the following attributes: 

✓ Good IT skills
✓ Good written and verbal English
✓ Confident to make outbound and received inbound calls with professional phone manner
✓ Able to work on own initiative as well as in a team
✓ Attention to detail
✓ Customer Service Skills

It will be advantageous to have: 

✓ Customer Service Experience (Required)
✓ Call Centre Experience (Preference)
✓ Complaint Handling (Preference)
