A Customer Service Advisor role for our fantastic client based in Colchester. This vibrant and energetic company are on an exceptionally fast business growth curve and as a result are looking to grow their team with this great role with excellent prospects.
The Role of Customer Service Advisor:
- To provide helpful and friendly, solution-based liaison with customers
- Answer customer phone calls and resolve their queries via the appropriate routes
- Educate customers to resolve their queries
- Identify improvements in the process
- Setting up new customers
- Update the system with new customer information
- Liaise with the sales team and the customers during the on-boarding process
- Listen to customers and note their requests and report these to the team.
Rate of pay is £8.58 to start.
