We are recruiting an Administrator for an ongoing contract in Worksop.

This is a temporary full-time position, working various 8-hour shifts ranging from 8 am-8 pm supplied by a 2-week rota.

The pay is £9.74 per hour, 40 hours a week.

You will be working as an Administrator, based in the office you will need to be a great organizer and multi-tasker who’s confident in Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Taking huge pride in what you do you will be able to process invoices, input data, and issue refunds in a timely manner alongside other administrative duties.

   The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following essential skills and qualities: -

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Computer Savvy
  • A polite and professional manner.
  • A good standard of numeracy and literacy.
  • Be self-motivated and be able to take ownership of the role.
  • To not be afraid to ask questions if requires further assistance.
  • A strong ability to manage and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent work ethic.
  • Ability to work as a team, supporting colleagues when needed.
