As a Shipping Administrator/Customer Reserves Assistant you will be brought in to support the operational side of the business completing tasks such as: data inputting wines on to customer’s accounts, stock checking against reports, updating and creating reports. You will also be responsible for allocating each customer's wine against the appropriate accounts, filing paperwork away as well as answering the phones, dealing with customer queries and any other admin tasks required by management.
This position would suit someone who is an advanced administrator with a good eye for detail and with strong accuracy abilities. You don’t have to specifically come from a technical, numeric background but the successful candidate should have some experience in working with important information/data and with the ability to spot discrepancies and mistakes.
