Do you have experience of ecommerce systems such as Zendesk and a passion for customer care? Perhaps you have worked within a different sector and now fancy a new string to your bow! This will be a pivotal role within a business who is at an exciting point in their growth so keep reading…

Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you will be the first point of contact for all things customer focussed, therefore it's important that you can resolve issues, provide solutions and above all grow existing relationships. There will be 6-8 direct reports and you will be required to handle the day-to-day management of them. This is a highly reactive role where customer experience is critical therefore, team spirit is essential.

The role is predominately based in the office; however, some customer visits may be required from time-to-time to bolster those working relationships you have started to build. There is also the possibility of some hybrid working with up to 3 days per week from home making this a commutable role from a wider catchment area.

The minimum requirement for the role is demonstrable experience within an ecommerce-led customer support function. You should have excellent communication skills and experience of managing and motivating others.
