We are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant on a full-time basis. Immediate start for the right candidate.
Your working hours will be, 37.5 per week, Monday -Friday, 8.30-4.30 or 9.00-5.00. Please note this is NOT a hybrid or remote role, you will be working onsite.
Your duties will include:
- Raising invoices, manually and on internal systems
- Credit control duties
- Scanning and filing paperwork
- Dealing with customer and supplier queries
- Issue of Customer Statements & supplier remittances
Skills/ Experience
- Use of Sage 50
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Accounts
- Admin and customer service
