As a credit controller you must be a well organised individual who is capable of managing their own workload. You should be reliable, confident working on computers and can use relevant software’s e.g. Microsoft Excel. The ability to meet deadlines and complete all set work is crucial. Experience using SAP would be advantageous but is not essential.
