Contract Support

This is a temporary-to-permanent (temp-to-perm) opportunity, starting in June, with the view to becoming a permanent position following a successful initial period.

A leading building safety and compliance organisation is seeking a Contract Support Administrator to join their busy and growing operations team.

This role sits at the heart of the business, supporting the coordination and delivery of fire safety and building compliance projects across sectors including education, social housing, residential developments, and healthcare environments.

You will be responsible for ensuring engineers and operatives are scheduled efficiently, works are booked in accurately, and all supporting administration is maintained across internal systems and client portals.


The Role

  • Scheduling engineers and operatives for planned works
  • Managing daily workload via CRM and project portals
  • Updating internal systems and external client platforms
  • Coordinating with sales, surveying, and commercial teams
  • Booking works and managing access challenges
  • Handling tenant and resident communications
  • Dealing with high-volume inbound queries
  • Supporting RAMS documentation and compliance records
  • Ensuring safeguarding and vulnerable customer considerations are met

The Person

  • Strong administration and coordination experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Resilient, organised, and proactive approach
  • Experience in construction, FM, housing, or compliance environments desirable
