What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Order Management: Take charge of ordering, checking, and cross-referencing paper and computer records, ensuring all orders are processed seamlessly.
  • Sales Processing: Play a vital role in processing sales orders, where your precision will be key to maintaining the company’s high standards.
  • Net Zero Contributions: Input critical details into the Net Zero framework, using the carbon neutral platform to help achieve sustainability goals.
  • Financial Administration: Process sales and purchase ledger invoices using Xero, and process expenses with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stock Management: Get involved in the monthly stock checks, helping to keep track of inventory with your sharp eye for detail.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Compliance Expertise: Ideally, you come from a compliance-driven background, possibly from a solicitor’s office or the NHS, where precision and adherence to protocols are paramount.
  • Attention to Detail: Your meticulous nature and unwavering focus on accuracy will be your greatest assets in this role.
  • Team Player: You’ll be working within a tight-knit team of 14, so being collaborative and ready to pitch in wherever needed is essential.
  • Versatility: You’re happy to get involved in any required duties, understanding that every task you undertake is crucial to the business’s success.
