Commercial Manager

Full time, permanent Commercial Manager, based in Mansfield.

You will be involved from the beginning of the onboarding process and be a key influencer and decision-maker when it comes to the commercial aspects of engaging with these blue-chip companies.

Reporting to both executive Directors you will be instrumental in developing and implementing commercial strategies.

You will monitor the performance of commercial activities ongoing using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management and be responsible for reviewing and monitoring the performance of customer contracts and making recommendations on commerciality.

You will be part of the process throughout the customer lifecycle ensuring that all commercial agreements are adhered to and operated to maximise customer profitability.

You’ll get to work closely with the Client Services team to influence behavior and identify opportunities for improvement. As well as the Sales & Marketing team to implement strategies to drive revenue and ultimately business growth.

  • Assisting with the preparation and negotiation of contracts with customers and helping to develop commercial and financial retention strategies ongoing.
  • Interpreting market trends and adapting to industry changes.
  • Making commercial recommendations to the Managed Services Team.
  • To assist in coaching, training, and developing the team to enhance their performance and ability to meet commercial objectives.
