Using your mission control like problem solving skills, you will lead a team of 10 to 15 Cell Technicians and Operatives.
You will ensure work flows through the production area, is prioritised for touchdown and all new processes and production improvement initiatives are sustained, bringing the end product in for a soft landing.
You can even air-lock in a 37.5 hour week, working Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 4.00pm with the option to compress them for an early Friday finish.
