In your new role as a customer service advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing support to ongoing projects and business developments as required
  • Processing all customer orders to a high standard, meeting key quality and output performance indicators
  • To ensure that you are resourceful, prudent, helpful, and friendly in the way that all customer contacts are handled
  • To deliver your personal KPIs and the team KPIs’ Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Turn problems around, cost-effectively, positively, and with the customer at the forefront
  • Ensure internal information databases are maintained and updated, including training notes and process flows
