I’m looking for Timber Operative / Woodworker to join a growing team specialising in the manufacture of wooden products ranging from simple pallets to bespoke cases and fully customised exhibition crates.
You’ll be working on a variety of projects, which could include building standard wooden pallets, crafting tailored cases to protect goods in transit, or producing high-spec, made-to-order exhibition pieces. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both straightforward, repeat work and more detailed, custom builds.
You should be confident using hand tools and ideally have previous experience as a bench joiner, carpenter, or woodworker. If you’ve been working on-site and are now looking for a more stable, workshop-based role, this could be a great fit. Equally, if your experience isn’t extensive but you’re hands-on, reliable, and willing to learn, it’s still worth applying as there are opportunities across different skill levels.
